State of denial: Europe's role in rendition and secret detention

This report focuses on seven aspects of European involvement in renditions and secret detention, and highlights six cases involving 13 victims in which Europeans states are implicated. It calls on European states to open  effective investigations into the role of Europeamn officials and the use of state territory by foreign agents in connection with rendtitions, secret detention, torture and enforced disappearances.
