Hundreds of civilains are still being killed or maimed every month in Iraq, even if the past two years have seen an overall reductions in the number of civilian deaths. As a result, savety and security remain key concerns for Iraqis - especially for those who, because of their religious ethnic or other identity are particularly vulnerable to be targeted for violent attack.
